The doctor of the late Michael Jackson who is alleged to have given the star a lethal dose of some powerful drugs is facing medical license suspension. The claim states that he acted, or exercised, poor judgement in the incident that occurred last year at the home of Michael.
The petition to have his license revoked was filed in Los Angeles who did so on behalf of the California Medical Board. The doctor faces involuntary manslaughter charges in which he has plead not guilty to, and is currently out on bail.
The trial continues to find out if he faces charges in the death of MJ.
