The doctor who was taking care of Michael Jackson up to the day he died will be allowed to keep his medical license, at least for now. Conrad Murray, who is on trial relating to the death of MJ, is accused of giving a lethal dose of a drug called Propofol. Judge Michael E. Pastor rejected a request to suspend the Conrad’s license today Los Angeles.
The judge did say that the California Medical Board could seek to suspend his license to practice medicine at a future administrative proceeding. Conrad throughout the day sat silently with members of the Jackson Family and supporters in attendance.

Conrad maintains his innocence and his lawyer proclaims that it was not the doctor who caused his death because nothing that Conrad gave him, should have killed him.
