The lawyer for the doctor who is facing involuntary manslaughter charges says there will be no plea bargain. Conrad Murray was the doctor that was in charge of caring forMichael Jackson when he unfortunately passed away June 25, 2009. Conrad maintains his innocence and his lawyer proclaims that it was not the doctor who caused his death because nothing that Conrad gave him, should have killed him.
The defense maintains that Michael Jackson took the drug Propofol when Conrad Murray stepped away for a few minutes, and that is what caused the Death of Michael Jackson. The prosecution says the doctor was negligent in the caring of MJ.
The doctor who gave the late Michael Jackson the fatal cocktail says that the king of pop killed himself, at least that is his legal defense. The defense is that Conrad Murray gave MJ the proper amount of the drug
